In May of 2022, my best friend and I visited La Bufadora in Ensenada Mexico during our 3-day Carnival Radiance cruise. We purchased the excursion from Las Dunas Tours. The tour was $25 per person. Also included in this video is a quick stroll through the Black Market (Mercado Negro) which is located right off the boardwalk (Malecon).
