Gorgeous Views Of Toronto Ontario Canada During This Airbus A319 Landing
YouTube Video Description↓
While flying to Toronto prior to a cruise on the Great Lakes, I pointed my camera out the window of the United Airlines Airbus A319 as we made our approach to Toronto Pearson International Airport. (YYZ) The view of Toronto was spectacular as we flew past the city during the approach pattern to the airport! I had a clear view of the CN Tower, the downtown skyscrapers, and Lake Ontario. The airport that you see on an island near downtown is not Toronto Pearson... it's the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, which is used for civil aviation, air ambulances, and regional airlines using small turboprop planes. Toronto Pearson (Toronto's main passenger airline hub) is actually located about 20 miles outside downtown Toronto. Upon landing, another spectacular sight out my window was an Emirates A380 wide body double-decker jet on a taxiway. All in all, this was a very memorable landing that I will remember well... thanks to this video that I recorded with my GoPro.
