Helicopter Emergency Medical Evacuation

Emergency medical evacuation from Royal Caribbean odyssey of the seas. This is in the middle of the Atlantic near the Azores islands. It is a dangerous maneuver. Ship pivoted to 170 degrees and slowed to 6 knots. There were two patients to be air lifted. There was a crosswind of 30 mph which probably made it a little more difficult to maintain position. Compared to other rescues this one was fairly fast, maybe 20 min. Seas were 2-3 meters. We were due south of Punta Delgada we think 60 miles approx.
