I come from the the retail sector you know my background family business retail travel agents and at heart I've always really wanted to change how uh how retail operates

I firmly don't believe that's the case you know it for me is how do we give the agents the the right tools to do the job

we've taken that forward we we've merged that with our CRM and we've actually uh we've actually put all the agency management functions into there as well
