Yes, it is possible to cruise as a passenger on a real-life cruise ship in August of 2020. I just returned from a 7 night cruise to nowhere/ Stockholm / Turku on the Tui MeinSchiff 2, where we also saw the Carnival Mardi Gras in the shipyard in Finland!
