Kitesurfing and Forest Fires - Kelowna BC Canada This timelapse video footage is taken at Rotary Beach Park in Kelowna B.C. Canada on July 18 2018. This area of Kelowna is known for kitesurfing along the shores of the Okanagan Lake. There are several forest fires burning in the area and the one in the background is near Peachland B.C.
