About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
I was watching a beautiful sail-away at sunset of the Carnival Dream at the Port of Cozumel, when suddenly passengers around started yelling. It was already about 5 minutes past the all-aboard time of 5:30 PM, and apparently there was another passenger still on the pier. He didn't seem to be in much of a hurry, so some of the passengers started berating him, even demanding to know his cabin number. It was a bit uncalled for IMO, though the late guest didn't seem to mind being left behind on the pier, yelling back "go ahead and leave". Right after the late passenger boarded, the gangway closed and the Captain made an announcement pretty much re-affirming that our ship, the Enchantment of the Seas, would return to Galveston on time in 2 days at 7 AM. That didn't turn out to be the case, but it was due to fog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csRtA6GeqPQ This was from our February 2020 cruise on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas.
