Off the coast of Newfoundland, we are taking lifeboats as water shuttles to land for our Canada port day. Lifeboat number 1 went down while we were on it. Thankfully, there wasn’t an emergency. It took a while to get the lifeboat navigated back to the ship and when they did, the door wouldn’t open. So, another few minutes waiting to turn the lifeboat around. Lifeboat number 4 was the winner and got us to town with no issues. What would you do if your lifeboat broke down? Hopefully this never happens in an emergency.
