His work has impacted projects on ships throughout our fleet, from restaurants and signage to iconic structural centerpieces like The Pearl, which recently debuted on Icon of the Seas. Since he began working at RCG in 2017, Damian said he has propelled his career forward by getting out of his office and getting to know people. “I let people know what I do and, even with a limited bandwidth, I am happy to help them with something,” he said. “It creates a bond, and being personable is very important – especially in a company with a lot of people.
