This cruise on MSC Euribia was my fourth ever MSC cruise - each one I've done has been on a different cruise ship. But until this sailing on MSC Euribia I had never eaten in the line's Kaito Teppanyaki restaurant even though it was on TWO of the other MSC ships I've been on (Virtuosa and World Europa). How could I have missed this? Kaito Teppanyaki is simply the BEST! It's a Japanese restaurant where most of the cooking is down right in front of you and there's lots of interaction between the chef - ours was called Ronald from the Philippines - and the guests gathered round the horseshoe shaped table. The theatre and show provided by the chef (he juggled knives, eggs, salt and pepper pots and tossed food into peoples' mouths if they wanted him to!) was fantastic and the food was superb too: sushi, salad, miso soup, grilled salmon, prawns vegetables, stir fry egg rice, steak and with green tea ice cream for desert. EVERTYHING was delicious and the whole evening was a lot of fun. Watch this short video to get a flavour / flavor of what it's like. If you were to dine in just ONE specialty restaurant, this would be the one I would recommend. I absolutely loved the evening and food from start to finish...
