On my first cruise back in 2014, Nassau was our first port so it has a special place in my heart. I've read that a lot of cruisers choose to stay on the ship for one reason or another but I had a good experience in Nassau on my first cruise ever and this time Nassau did not disappoint. I had seven places mapped out on my GPS My City app and we made it by foot to four of them. Fort Fincastle, the Queens Staircase, Bay Street and the Straw Market. Everyone we encountered were friendly and fun. I did not get as much footage as I intended to because my phone/camera had our walking map. The walk was a little bit challenging in some parts but a real fun adventure. I love the Bahamas and next time I'll get to the other three places which were The Fish Fry, Distillery and the Pirates museum.
