If you're planning a cruise stop in Muscat, this vlog is your perfect guide! We arrived at Muscat cruise port on our Costa Toscana cruise in the Arabian Gulf excited to discover the city. We opted for a cruise excursion which took us to some of Muscat's top sights. Our day started with a visit to the beautiful Said bin Taimur Mosque one of the biggest mosques in Muscat. Next we spent time wandering through the labyrinthine alleys of Muttrah Souq, a traditional Omani market. We then took a walk along the scenic Corniche a truly lovely part of Muscat with great views. Our journey ended in Old Muscat at the stunning Al Alam Palace where we learned about the city's rich history. Muscat is such a beautiful city and we truly enjoyed our day exploring its unique charm. While a cruise excursion might be the best option for a short port stop it's also easy enough to explore on your own.
