Join us as we embark on the @RoyalCaribbean Icon of the Seas out of the Port of Miami for a 7-night Eastern Caribbean Cruise. This was for Spring Break 2024 and we left on March 23, 2024. This vlog covers our 2nd night of our cruise, which was also the first formal night. Unlike on other ships, there are 2 lobster nights in the Main Dining Room. We had My Time Dining and on this evening our MTD reservation time was at 7:15pm. We first stopped by Central Park and the Royal Promenade for some family photos. We were able to get some photos done in Central Park, but none in the Royal Promenade. The line for the Pearl was at least 30 minutes and there was one spot that only had 3 families in front. However, that photographer was taking numerous variations of photos with each family, so after 10 minutes (and only photos with 1 family), we left. This was also the only night Rider ate in the Main Dining Room with us. Dinner was excellent and while, service was a little slow to start, they picked it up once they took our order. I did bring Rider to Adventure Ocean once he was done. However, they were in Roll Call and I had to wait 25 minutes to drop him off. I never made it back to the dining room and Ray just came down and met us in line. I will cover this later in the recap. After dinner, Ray and I gambled a little to accrue more Club Royale points as we try to earn a free cruise and then headed to Dueling Pianos. This place is AMAZING! So much fun.
