Norwegian Star Scandinavian Lunch Buffet

During one of the many sea days of our 2015 Transatlantic Cruise to Copenhagen aboard the NCL Star, there was a Scandinavian Buffet Lunch that was quite enjoyable! The dishes included -Salmon chowder -Cabbage soup -Salmon with Lemon Capers -Danish Pork Chops -Frikadeller Patties with Onion Gravy -Scandinavian Chicken with Apricot -Finnish Lihamojakka (a beef stew) -Pork Loin Stuffed with Apples
