Our First Time Visiting Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point + Pirate Night!! | Disney Cruise Line

The day has arrived to visit Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!! This beautiful island first welcomed guests in June 2024, so our August 2024 cruise meant we were among the first handful of cruises to visit!!! This island is absolutely beautiful! The dedication to the Bahamian culture is present with some hints of Disney along the way. The beach and water were gorgeous and so picturesque! We can’t wait to keep coming back to visit in the future and see how lush the island becomes! Back onboard, it was time to transition to pirate night festivities and a lovely dinner at Lumiere’s! Overall this was such a wonderful day at Lighthouse Point…hard to compare to Castaway Cay because they are so different but this felt a lot more serene and tropical, whereas Castaway Cay feels nostalgic and very Disney.
