On longer voyages Royal Caribbean uses lectures to fill some of the sea days, this is especially true on sailings where the conditions may not be the best for lounging on the pool decks. On the Ovation of the Seas 11 Night Inaugural Alaskan Glacier Sailing in addition to a guest lecture series on Alaska they pulled from the Royal Caribbean offerings to put on the Royal Caribbean Story. This two part series features a video presentation and script for two narrators. Going over the history of the cruise lines beginnings as well as the launch and innovation in building ships part 1 covers up to 1999 just before the launch of the Voyager Class.
