Passenger Releasing Anchor aboard Holland America Ryndam 2010

n this security video, a passenger aboard a cruise ship, Holland America's Ryndam, in the Caribbean on November 27, 2010, is seen releasing the stern anchor. The passenger was arrested and prosecuted on the basis that the act could have destroyed the ship. He was found guilty and sentenced to four months imprisonment, three years probation and a $7,500 fine. This video was entered into evidence and released publicly at the end of the case.
