We are on our western Mediterranean cruise aboard the MSC Grandiosa and our port today is Naples in Italy! In this port, we've chosen to take an excursion to tour the ruins of Pompeii. If you aren't aware, Pompeii was lost to a volcano eruption from Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD ... a long time ago. Now we are able to tour the ruins. This video is our experience on this excursion but it is only a small snippet. The real experience is visiting yourself if you have the opportunity.
