Welcome aboard the brand new Carnival Mardi Gras! On our last and seventh day on the ship, we were at sea! After sampling so much of the different food venues throughout the ship we decided to do a fun food challenge and see if we could eat gluten-free for the entire day! I am generally not a picky eater and do not have any dietary restrictions so we thought we would put some limitations to what was offered throughout the Mardi Gras and see how much cruise food was still available to us. This is our first time on a maiden voyage cruise! We have been waiting to sail on Carnival Cruise Line's Mardi Gras for what feels like ages!
