In today's episode, we're visiting Rax. Rax was once a thriving restaurant chain which was franchised throughout the midwest and the southern states. Through unsuccessful marketing attempts to revive the restaurant chain in an oversaturated fast food restaurant market, Rax dwindled down to only 450 locations in 1996 and by December 2005, the chain had only 51 locations that still remained. To date, there are 6 locations (4 in Ohio, 1 in Kentucky, and 1 in Illinois).
