The Antarctic Peninsula is the most accessible and warmest part of the continent. In 1932, the British named the northern part of the peninsula Graham Land after Sir James R. G. Graham, First Lord of the Admiralty at the time of John Biscoe's exploration of the west side of peninsula in 1832. Nathaniel Brown Palmer was an American seal hunter, explorer, sailing captain, and ship designer. He gave his name to Palmer Land, which he explored in 1820 on his Hero sloop. Together Graham and Palmer Lands make up some of the world's most powerful and complex territories. Complex and powerful is the perfect definition for this old-fashioned style cocktail that blends Kamm & Sons botanical flavors with Rye, Port and Whiskey, plus a dash of chocolate bitters for pizzazz. Enjoy the perfect accompaniment as you're watching the world (and icebergs) go by!
