The Skipper Canteen had a soft opening today Dec 13, 2015 and it was unexpected. Not the soft opening, but how amazingly flavorful the food was. I was expecting something less - the Mess Hall looked about what I had expected but the Sea room and Jungle rooms were wonderfully themed and decorated. They are not joking when it comes to the elaborate flavors and great quality food being served. They aren't giving anything away for free and the prices are on the high side BUT they are delivering cuisine that makes you feel like you got a bargain - it's THAT good! At least today it was. Let's hope this continues...
