Sky Princess-Do you purchase items in the cruise shops?

Sky Princess has a few shops on board where you can purchase gifts such as bags, wraps, alcohol and various other items. They do sell high end jewelry & watches. I found the prices to be very expensive compared to other cruise lines i have been on.
