As Chicagoans, we had to see how Royal Caribbean interpreted one of our city's most iconic entertainment concepts. What we found was a fully immersive 6-course dining experience complete with paired beverages, live band accompaniment, and a grand finale that has to be seen to be believed — a smoking piano tray delivered straight to your table, filled with handcrafted chocolates.
