Tugboats pull a cargo ship into the channel while a fuel barge fuels the Celebrity Constellation

The Celebrity Constellation had just pulled into port and the fuel barge had pulled up next to it to begin re-fueling when I noticed the cargo ship being pulled into the channel by two tugboats. It's amazing how much a small tugboat can handle! About Me: My love of cruising started at the age of 13 when I sailed on the SS Norway.
