Join me for a beautifully slow and wholesome two-day vlog filled with family, home, and little moments that make life special. We start the day with my morning routine, skincare, makeup, and removing my silk bonnet and heatless curls (everything is linked below!). I also share the eco-friendly toothbrush I switched to in the new year and absolutely love. Then, it’s into the kitchen with Nancy to bake homemade flapjack. The kids always say I never stock the snack cupboard, but the more I learn, the more I hate buying processed treats! Medjool dates have become a staple for us, perfect for making delicious, energy-sustaining snacks without the sugar spikes. Nancy updates us on her ballet, she’s been working so hard for an upcoming performance, and for the first time, they’re dancing in the heart of Cannes at the Palais des Festivals! I’m unbelievably proud. After dropping her at school for rehearsals, I pop to my favourite garden centre, Botanic, to pick up some ferns for the garden. The next day, Ryan takes the day off work for Nancy’s big show, and we make a little detour to a French architectural salvage yard in search of cromones for our windows, always on the lookout for details that honour our home’s history. We finish the vlog by getting ready for Nancy’s performance at the Palais des Festivals! Seeing her dance on such a prestigious stage is a moment I’ll never forget. Hope you love this one!
