In this vlog, we take a road trip the the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico's wine region. We visit one of the top rated Baja restaurants, Sabina, an Anthony Bourdain favorite known for the famous seafood tostadas and ceviche. They started as a street cart, which Bourdain called it the best street cart in the world and it it now a restaurant. Next, we visit Monte Xanic, a winery known for putting the Mexico wine region on the map. Their wines have been served at political state dinners and they have an exquisite property over looking the Valle. The property is designed with a unique facade made of ropes, and the building is situated into the rocky landscape. Next, we visit a small funky, boutique winery called Vena Cava, known for their unique architecture and natural wines. The small tasting room is made from recycled boats from Ensenada. We also visit Corazon de Tierra, named one of the top 50 restaurants in Latin America in 2017. The restaurant offers farm to table cuisine.
