Weight loss journey Australia. What I eat in a day for weightloss. Heres my 1600 meal plan from @joinequ I’m An Emotional Eater!! This quarantine had me so stressed out. I lost and regained my job 3 times and when Im stressed I eat... everything! I’m 45 years old and a mum of two beautiful children that ruined my tummy from not one but two emergency Caesarean sections. Both were breech. (But wouldn’t have it any other way) I’ve been struggling along on my own trying to work out what to eat for years! With all the conflicting information I just find it so overwhelming. So I’ve decided to try Equalution. I’ve been following them for a few years on Instagram and I think it’s time before I can’t fit into anymore of my beautiful clothes. I’m hoping to lose 4-5 kilos in 8 - 16 weeks to get back on track. But I know it’s going to be difficult. Especially with a neck injury and health issues. I have a thyroid condition called Hashimoto Auto Immune and basically I find it extremely hard to keep the weight off.
