A Sea Day Leads To Cheap Thrills in Juneau, Alaska! Bus to Mendenhall Glacier + Nugget Falls🚢⚓🚌❄️🧊💦 Welcome to my West Coast Trip Vlog Series which includes 2 cruises (Carnival Firenze Mexican Riviera Cruise & Carnival Luminosa Alaskan Cruise) and a day at California Adventure & Disneyland! On this vlog, I enjoy a nice day at sea which includes breakfast at the buffet, followed my Creativity at Sea and dinner at the Vela Restaurant. On the next day it's time for the first port of call: Juneau, Alaska. We walk along the boardwalk to downtown Juneau, where I show off my pole dancing skills, to the bus transit center to catch a bus up to the Dredge Lake stop, which is the closest bus stop to Mendenhall Glacier, which is still a 1.5 mile walk, located in the Tongass National Forest. After arriving at the visitor center, I walk to Nugget Falls, which is a powerfall waterfall, with Mendenhall Glacier in the background. After experiencing Nugget Falls up close, I walk back to a photo point of Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls. I caught a bald eagle flying near by, which was really cool. After leaving Mendenhall Glacier, we decided to take a Lyft back to the port. On the way to the Rideshare stop, we saw a mama black bear followed by 2 black bear cubs. It was awesome to see! The Lyft driver stopped by the whale statue in Juneau, which was cool. We then returned to the port where we did a little shopping before jumping back on board the Carnival Luminosa. Back on the ship, it's time for dinner at the Vela Restaurant to end my day in Juneau, Alaska. Have you been to Juneau, Alaska? Have you see a glacier or waterfall in person? Have you been on the Carnival Luminosa? Let me know in the comments.... I would appreciate it if you would LIKE this vlog if you enjoyed it, SUBSCRIBE to this Captain Billy J.
