Subscribe and leave a comment to enter, the more comments, the more entries!** We’re travelling on the Disney Magic for our very first back to back sailing on the 5-night Bahamas route with stops at Nassau, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay. The details of this trip include: ✨ Checking into Walt Disney World’s Art of Animation for the first time 🚢 Our first back to back sailing on the Disney Magic, the first ship we ever sailed on! 🏝️ Visiting Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point 🚀 Staycation at Universal Orlando’s Terra Luna 🎢 Epic Universe 🌎 Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Nights 🏰 Resort hopping at Walt Disney World We start the morning with breakfast at Cabana’s for Mickey Waffles and a surprise appearance from the pog juice in the dispensers! Next up, it’s Royal Gathering where we meet Cinderella, Tiana & Belle for pictures in the atrium before we debark the ship to explore Nassau, heading to Junkanoo Beach for the first time on foot. Our first impression of Junkanoo Beach was initially positive, white sand and the most beautiful coloured sea with a lovely view of the Disney Magic however it soon became apparent that there was a lot of broken glass littered around the beach so we head back to the ship as we didn’t feel like we could enjoy the beach with this as a factor, unfortunately we would not recommend this beach. Back onboard the ship, we head to the adult-only area of the ship, enjoying beautiful views, whilst Oscar relaxes in the stateroom. Oscar then meets us for trivia and a snack in the Soul Cat lounge before it’s time to get ready for pirate night! 🏴‍☠️ There’s lots of characters to meet in their pirate themed outfits, including some that we didn’t meet on the first portion of the trip, like pirate Goofy, Minnie & Captain Jack Sparrow! Dinner tonight is at Animator’s Palate and we loved the pirate overlay in the restaurant this evening, very cool! The food, as always, was lovely and we had a very nice surprise in the shape of Yorkshire Puddings from our head server 🤣 Its time for 90’s music trivia and a themed cocktail in Fathom’s, love a bit of karaoke quizzing and this theme had everyone singing along! 🎶 We grab a soft-serve before the pirate shows tonight, Pirates in the Caribbean and Fireworks at Sea! We always love fireworks at sea, exclusive to Disney Cruise Line and very special!
