When arriving in Belize by cruise ship you will need to take a boat from your ship to the shore. There are several shops and bar areas in port, but no activities, pool or beach access. I would recommend booking a shore excursion or having one in mind when you arrive. There are people offering shore excursions all around the port. As you see in the video we attempted to take the water taxi to Caye Caulker but we did not get off the ship with enough time to make it happen. Next time we sail to Belize we will either pre-book a shore excursion or get off the ship first thing to take the water taxi, lesson learned.
