During our port day in Bridgetown, Barbados, we decided to spend a couple hours at the beach and conveniently located outside the port area is Brandon's Beach. It is about 25 minute walk from the terminal building on level ground. On the way you have the option to walk past singer Rihanna's childhood home located one block off the Main Street and easy to get to for photos. There are NO food and beverage available on this beach so be certain you take a snack and beverages with you. There was a chair and umbrella vendor that rented the set for $10USD for the 2 hours we were there (well worth the price!). Alex had no problem with the walk and was done before we knew it.
