Caribbean Princess Ship Tour Princess Cruises Join me as I walk around the Caribbean Princess built in 2003 and starting service in 2004 as a Grand Class ship for Carnival Corporation's Princess Cruises. We tour all the guest decks and see the Piazza, the Princess Theater with some sneak peeks into the shows. We also see the Grand Casino, some of the dining rooms, Sabatini's Italian Restaurant, Crown Grill steakhouse and the World Fresh Marketplace buffet. We wander around the open decks to see the many pools, the mini golf area, the sports area and the Sanctuary. We even go to the very forward part of the ship above the bridge. Lastly, we see a premium balcony cabin and a mini suite on Dolphin, deck 9.
