This is Bry and Devin's first ever cruise, and Matt and Angie's second, as they cruised with us for the first time back in 2016 on the Carnival Glory . Our fun-filled Day 1 was embarkation and sail-away day aboard the Carnival Magic, as we sailed out of the Manhattan cruise terminal for the very first time. It was so amazing to sail past the New York City skyline, and all the amazing buildings, such as the Freedom Tower, and the New Jersey Skyline, and of course an amazing sail past the Statue of Liberty and the Verrazano–Narrows Bridge! No boarding day would be complete without a Guy's Burger, funship drinks and the Mongolian Wok! Of course our group of 6 had a fun-filled first night in the main dining room, and drinks at the Alchemy Bar! We did catch 2 great comedians in the Comedy Club as well to round out a great, fun-filled Day 1 on board the Carnival Magic!
