Date Filmed: August 2, 2021 Hello Happy Travelers! Let’s Party On The Mardi! Welcome to Carnival’s newest ship, Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras’ first sailing was from Port Canaveral on July 31st, 2021 and we were on this sailing to bring you all the new content! Mardi Gras is the first of it's kind, bringing new innovation to both Carnival Cruise Line and the Cruise Industry as a whole! Mardi Gras is Carnival's first mega ship and now the largest in their fleet! It features six uniquely themed zones that will house an array of new restaurants, entertainment, lounges, and activities! Mardi Gras also is honored with the title of the first LNG ship in North America! We are on the first cruise ship (standard revenue sailing) to depart from Port Canaveral since the closure! Today is day three, a day at sea! Today was an absolute gorgeous day to enjoy cruising on the ocean. However, due to high winds, some activities such as the Ropes Course and BOLT were closed. We were able to try out all of the Waterslides in WaterWorks, and it was a great splishy splashy time! We tried out some new food at Street Eats and Cucina del Capitano! Today's featured entertainment was the first ever on a cruise ship, Family Feud LIVE, hosted by the Flying Scotsman himself! This is a major production and a must do on this ship! What made it even better was experiencing it with many of our vlogger friends! We ended the night checking out one of the new unique bars, The Fortune Teller! We don't drink, but luckily some of our friends do, and they were kind enough to sample some items and let us share it with you!
