In this episode, I'll share a full cabin tour of the Concierge Class Edge Class Stateroom with Infinite Veranda. Take a look! The bathroom in these staterooms is spacious, modern in design and offers something I like - a shower with a rounded glass door. No sticky wet shower curtain here! The room itself is the same size and layout as all Edge Staterooms with Infinite Verandas. There is a spacious sitting area and a king-size bed with a large flatscreen TV across from the bed. There are more technology plugs on Edge Class ships than in older ships in the fleet - that's a helpful improvement! You have a closet, more storage along the wall and in a dresser, plus a mini-frig. Concierge Class staterooms are classified differently than other 'regular' veranda stateroom based on the amenity package that is part of the Concierge experience. The Concierge Class stateroom often are found in preferred locations on the ship, a number of them at or near mid-ship. Concierge guests are invited to a welcome lunch on embarkation day, have the services of the Concierge host/manager throughout the cruise, receive canapés in the afternoon, are offered a destination seminar hosted by the Future Cruise team, and more. There are some in-room amenities including binoculars and an umbrella the guests can use during their cruise. Many of the veranda staterooms along both starboard and port side of the Celebrity Ascent feature the Infinite Veranda. This brings more space into the stateroom for all day/all evening use. The Infinite Veranda consists of a section of the stateroom that can be set off behind folding doors, and offers a wall of glass. The top section of the glass is a window operated by a push button control on the wall. Lower the window to let in fresh air, and look out to enjoy the view! Remember that the air conditioner in the stateroom turns off when the window is lowered. Raise the window by a touch of the button to close the window and enjoy a fully air conditioned stateroom with more room inside.
