#msccruises #mscworldamerica #cruisevlog #cozumel #ranchoalejandra Join us for an unforgettable day in Cozumel, Mexico, as we explore the island on a private Jeep safari with our fantastic guide, Fernando. This was one of those port days that had everything — culture, nature, adventure, great food, and a lively night back onboard. And Tequila! Our first stop was a tequila tasting at a local ranch, where we learned about the distilling process and sampled a few varieties (some smoother than others). From there, Fernando took us to a series of stunning coastal spots, including quiet beaches and a dramatic blowhole where the sea forces its way through the rocks in a spectacular burst of spray. We continued inland to the village of El Cedral, home of the island’s famous annual festival, before tackling a very questionable road that led us to a hidden swimming hole and bat cave — a real off‑the‑beaten‑path highlight. Lunch was served at a relaxed beachside restaurant, complete with ocean views and proper Mexican flavours. No more Tequila though. Back onboard the ship, we headed to Bubbles Restaurant for dinner before an evening of entertainment. A comedy show sparked some differing opinions between us, but the night ended on a high with a fun and energetic 70s & 80s party in the Panorama Lounge. If you enjoy full cruise‑day stories with a mix of culture, adventure, food, and ship life, this one’s for you. Thanks for coming along with us in Cozumel.
