The idea is to turn your palate and your senses upside down. The textures, smells and tastes all delight the senses. The staff was awesome and we were able to order every, single item on the menu. You are formally invited to join me as I eat a birds nest, drink clear tomato soup from a beaker and delight in the gourmet cuisine of Wonderland.
