DAY AT CASTAWAY CAY | CHURRO MICKEY WAFFLES | CHARACTER MEET AND GREETS

Last full day on the ship and we are spending it at Disney’s Castaway Cay, their private island. Mickey Churro Waffles are in full force at Marceline Market and these are one of the hottest food items in the Disney community so make sure you go and grab some. Dusted in the churro sugar, they are fried and crispy. Pour some syrup on them and they’re good to go. Personal opinion, they’re good but think they’re way over hyped. Plan to leave a little later getting off the ship, if you do you can meet some Villains and then Mickey, Minnie and friends in their beach exclusive outfits. We were able to meet 7 characters so easily because people just skip this. Then we hung out at the beach and went over to the adults only section. The beach wasn’t as nicely kept as we would imagine but still fine, much quieter over there and we had drinks delivered to us. We also got to try out the Hangar 98 BBQ. Lots of options and easy to get in, grab some food and the bigger challenge, finding a spot to eat. We found a table with some of our new friends. Food was fine, nothing out of this world but hit the spot. After this we headed back to the ship to get ready for tonights final show, Dinner at Palo and the worst part, packing.
