Creator's Key Takeaways
So, we're very excited to be cruising back on the Disney Magic and getting to experience everything in its full glory as it was intended.
The welcome aboard lunch has been absolutely delicious. The rosé regala was even more delicious.
It's incredible to be back on board. None of it feels familiar, which I'm surprised about.
The show was amazing, wasn't it? The actual production of it was brilliant. It blew me away actually.

Welcome to a new vlog series and DISNEY MAGIC EMBARKATION DAY 🚢 **Enter our giveaway which we’re running for the duration of these vlogs. Subscribe and leave a comment to enter, the more comments, the more entries!** We’re travelling on the Disney Magic for our very first back to back sailing on the 5-night Bahamas route with stops at Nassau, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay. The details of this trip include: ✨ Checking into Walt Disney World’s Art of Animation for the first time 🚢 Our first back to back sailing on the Disney Magic, the first ship we ever sailed on! 🏝️ Visiting Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point 🚀 Staycation at Universal Orlando’s Terra Luna 🎢 Epic Universe 🌎 Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Nights 🏰 Resort hopping at Walt Disney World We start our journey at Walt Disney World’s Art of Animation, taking Disney Cruise Line transport to Port Canaveral. We board the Disney Magic and head to Rapunzel’s Royal Table for the Embarkation Day lunch. The theming of this restaurant is one of our favourites, it’s so beautiful! At 1.30pm our stateroom became available, we’re staying in room 6139 which is our first time in an inside stateroom, sharing a full tour of the room. I have to admit that I was initially a bit nervous about staying in an inside room (we appreciate the view and the fresh air!) but we really enjoyed our cosy stay and would definitely look at an inside stateroom in the future to keep the costs low. Later in the vlog, I share a second tour once we’ve unpacked so you can see how much space and storage is really available. We book our trips with Maria, see details below to get in touch to book yours: ad affiliate 1901 Main Street Travel https://www.1901mainstreettravel.com Reference ‘Anni’ when booking We also share the lovely welcome home Castaway Club gifts received from Disney Cruise Line, we are now Gold Castaway Club members (we love the gifts they provide!). We love decorating our stateroom door and our magnets are available from the link below: ad pr Indigo Dinosaur Discount Code: ANNI15 https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/IndigoDinosaurUK We register Oscar for Edge, which is the ‘tween’ club onboard and where he tends to spend a lot of his time. Later on in the trip, we also explore the Oceaneer & Vibe clubs so look out for tours of these areas too. Soon enough it’s time for the Sail-a-Wave party (after the mandatory muster drill). We thought this was so fun and enjoyed seeing it for the first time! There’s also time for a mandatory dance to the Shimmering Seas (one of our favourite Disney Cruise songs!). Our luggage was available after 4.30pm so we head back to the room to unpack before dinner, again at Rapunzel’s Royal Table. It’s dinner for two this evening, which was a nice (and rare!) treat 💕 Back at the room, I share the pixie dust that we made, including upcycling the pirate bandana’s that you receive on pirate night 🏴☠️ I then take you on a tour of the shops, Mickey’s Mainsail and White Caps, to show you the exclusive merchandise available onboard the Disney Magic. The first show is Twice Charmed so we share our review of the show (wow!) before grabbing some late night pizza and calling it a night 😴 Thanks for joining us, if you like what you see, subscribe to stay tuned with the rest of the trip.
