Disneyland & California Adventure In A Day Part 2 - Riding Disneyland Rides & Attractions🏰#Halloween Welcome to my West Coast Trip Vlog Series which includes 2 cruises (Carnival Firenze Mexican Riviera Cruise & Carnival Luminosa Alaskan Cruise) and a day at California Adventure & Disneyland! On this vlog, it's off to Disneyland after leaving California Adventure in Part 1. I walk through the gates into Main Street USA. Disneyland is decorated for the Halloween season and I catch the last part of a Halloween parade as some of the Disney Villians, such as Captain Hook, are featured. After walking down Main Street USA, I stop at Sleeping Beauty castle, the original Disney castle before heading towards my first ride, Haunted Mansion Holiday, which has a holiday overlay inspired by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Stepping off Haunted Mansion Holiday, it's off to my next ride of the day, Pirates of the Caribbean. I went on this ride in honor of my Mom, Mary. This was her favorite ride and she liked this ride over Disney World's version. I like it too as it's longer and has 2 drops on the ride. After Pirates of the Caribbean, I walk thru Sleeping Beauty Castle, on my way to Fantasyland, where I see the King Arthur Carrousel as I head to my next ride, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, which is the ride is based on the Wind in the Willows scenes from the animated Disney film. Stepping off Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, I check out the twirling teacups at Mad Tea Party, right next to my next ride of the day, Alice In Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland was one of the my favorite animated Disney films as I grew up. Then it was off to Mickey's Toontown, where I go on the Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin ride, followed by Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, which has a cooler queue area then the one in Disney World. Having derailed at Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway ride, it was time to head to Adventureland to ride the Indiana Jones™ Adventure, which has a similar ride vehicle to Dinosaur at Disney World, but a much better ride and cooler theme as I love the Indiana Jones movies and franchise. After Indiana Jones™ Adventure, it was time for my last ride of the day, which was supposed to be the Matterhorn Bobsleds, but it was closed for technical issues, so I opted for It's a Small World. Before heading to that ride, I got a nice view of the Disneyland Monorail. Debarking It's a Small World, I walked around Disneyland some more, passing by the Partners statue, which depicts Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse. I also see Tomorrowland, the Matterhorn, the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage (which used to be just Submarine Voyage back in the day) before walking back down Main Street USA to see it lit up at night for Halloween and then finally exiting Disneyland and head back to the parking garage, where I pickup my rental car and head to a Super 8 Motel in Cypress, California to spend the night before heading to the Long Beach Airport early in the morning to fly to Oakland, California for my connecting flight to Seattle, Washington to go on my next cruise, a 7 day Alaskan cruise on the Carnival Luminosa.
