About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
When Emerald Cruises launched 100-passenger superyacht Emerald Azzurra a year ago in 2022, it was their first ocean-going ship - until then Australian-owned Emerald Cruises (which comes under the Scenic Cruises umbrella) was better known for river cruising across Europe and Asia. But with the arrival of Emerald Azzurra, all that changed. Azzurra sails around the world and has been dubbed a superyacht. It has seven decks and 50 cabins. I did a 7-night Greek island cruise and mine was a balcony suite cabin. It was #504 and was on deck 5 and this video offers an in depth cabin tour and inside look review. This is a luxury, classy ship (sorry, superyacht!) and my balcony suite was minimalist chic. I look at the bed, the linens, the coffee machine, cupboard and storage space etc. And the bathroom with the lovely ESPA toiletries. Plus plug sockets/lighting/furnishings etc. I also look at the balcony and the high-tech blackout blind which really blocks out the light and helps you lie in in the morning. Do look out for a video of my whole cruise experience on Emerald Azzurra. It was a fabulous cruise and I really felt like I'd chartered my own private superyacht. It's exclusive without being stuffy; classy without being posh. Fun without being raucous. I loved it!
