Ensenada Mexico without a booked excursion

In the last year I have made a few trips to Ensenada Mexico. I did not book an excursion through the cruise line. Instead, I decided to wing it and do something on my own. In December of 2021 we made our way to Ensenada on the Carnival Miracle. However, we had an early morning incident that made us significantly late to the port. We got off the cruise and there was a bus sitting there with a guy saying for $4.00 they would take you into downtown. I figured why not this is cheap enough. So, we did that, and they dropped us off and found they had an option to take you to La Bufadora. This was something I was interested in but was a little more expensive on the ship. Here it was $20.00 per adult. This was a nice little trip. After arriving, Hanz took us through the La Bufadora Market where you could buy just about anything you wanted. Late that night we got back to the ship. I decided to book another cruise to Ensenada in June of 2022. This was aboard the recently refurbished Carnival Radiance. This was a great trip as this time I had taken my son along for the trip. This time we decided to go to the beach. We went down to Playa Hermosa where we spent a good part of the day. I think it is safe to say my son had a great time. All music and sound effects came from Epidemic sound.
