🚢 First Day on the Carnival Firenze! Boarding, Lunch & Sail Away Fun 🎉 | CRUISE DAY | September 2025 Welcome to my West Coast Trip Vlog Series which includes 2 cruises (Carnival Firenze Mexican Riviera Cruise & Carnival Luminosa Alaskan Cruise) and a day at California Adventure & Disneyland! On this vlog, it's CRUISE DAY on the Carnival Firenze!!! I start off the vlog at the Residence Inn By Marriott Long Beach Downtown. Then it's off to the Long Beach Cruise Center on Queensway via a Lyft rideshare. After arriving at the port, into the terminal building and escorted to the Captain's Lounge to wait for boarding time. Shortly thereafter, it was time to board the ship. Walked thru the terminal building and outisde onto the gangway to board the Carnival Firenze. Once onboard the cruise ship, time to head off to the cabin to drop off bags ( Cabin tour will be in a separate vlog ), go to Muster station to check-in and then up to the Lido to grab some lunch. I had a chicken sandwich and fries at the Chicken Shack. After lunch, it's time to explore the ship, checking out the Spa area (trying to win a Spa Raffle, which I did not) and the waterpark. Then its time for the Sail Away Party on the Lido Deck. I watch some of the deck party before watching the ship sail away from Long Beach and watch the Pilot boat approach the ship to pickup the pilot boat captain. After sailaway, I check out the S.E.E. (Shop Eat Explore) show in the theatre, trying to win a prize. I got a Diamonds International tote bag. After the show, I headed up to the buffet for a late dinner to end the night.
