Creator's Key Takeaways

This $2 billion expansion completely changes Disney's smallest theme park and I got to go inside before it opens.

And everything here feels big and expansive in a way that the original park didn't.

I got to have a drink at the Regal View Lounge, which was appropriately Regal and had a great view of the lagoon.

And my new obsession, Robo Olaf.

❄️Inside Disney’s $2 billion theme park reinvention: Disney Adventure World and the World of Frozen. bggest Disney has completelycomplelcom transformed its smallest theme park, and Disney invited me to experience it all before the grand opening on March 29, and here's what you can expect. Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris is being renamed Disney Adventure World, and after previewing it, I understand why. This is more than a rebrandreim. It's a reimagining, featuring a huge expansion.expfeimmThis It starts on Adventure Way, a gorgeous European-inspired promenade that immediately sets a new tone. Everything feels big, refined, and intentional in a way the original park never did. Along the way there's a charming Rapunzel area featuring Raponse Tangled Spin (basically Tangled teacups but with gorgeous theming), which I had a blast on and looks absolutely stunning at night. Adventure Way wraps around Adventure Bay, a lagoon that gives serious World Showcase vibes with plenty of entertainment and dining. I grabbed a drink at the Regal View Lounge, which lives up to its name with a genuinely regal atmosphere and a perfect view of the lagoon. Whoever named this restaurant did a great job. The World of Frozen feels like stepping directly into the movie. Inside you'll find a new, updated version of Frozen Ever After. But my favorite addition is A Celebration in Arendelle, which took me by surprised. It’s a show on the water featuring new original songs, real boats, snow, and pyrotechnics, and my new obsession: the free-walking Olaf animatronic. The day ends with Cascade of Lights, a brand new nighttime show that feels like Disney put every trick in their playbook on the field. Or, the water. Disney Adventure World is a much needed fresh start for Disneyland Paris’ second park. That's just a taste.
