We Went on the 1st @RoyalCaribbean Cruise in 15 Months out of the U.S.! What is it like to cruise post shutdown? On a cruise that does NOT require vaccinations and with a 5 year old who is not vaccinated. Well, follow us to find out. My son Rider and I were first to set sail on the Freedom of the Seas on Friday, July 2, 2021 out of the Port of Miami for a 3-night July 4th Holiday Sailing. On Day 3, our port of call was Perfect Day at CocoCay and a perfect day it was. I give a short little tour of Royal Caribbean's Private Island, as well as a little more time at Splashway Bay (on land), Harbor Beach and what was for lunch at Skipper's Grill. Everything we did on CocoCay was included in the price of the cruise (no extra fees) Royal Caribbean also completed the night with 4th of July Fireworks off of CocoCay and we were joined by 5 other Royal Caribbean Ships! As always, feel free to ask questions and I will address them as much as I can. I will post a wrap-up on Monday July 12. Also be sure to check out @RoyalCaribbeanBlog.
