#cruisedaytuesday #CarnivalLegend #Canada #halifax We have made it to our final port of call, Halifax, Nova Scotia. We got it slightly later to our port of call, but we took the Top Ten of Halifax excursion through Carnival. It was shortened up a little bit but it was an amazing time! We stopped at the Public Gardens first to check out the beautiful gardens & flowers. We had an hour there since this was our lunch stop, but knowing us, we managed to find another Brewery to have a pint at Nine Locks Brewing Company. After our "liquid lunch" we head on over to the beautiful area of Peggy's Cove. This area looks like a postcard..it was simply gorgeous! We take in the sights and the quaintness of the area, along with having some time at the lighthouse and getting some ice cream! Then we make a quick stop at Acadian Maple to check out the maple treats there, then our last stop was at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery were we pay our respects to the 121 victims fallen from the Titanic disaster. This excursion took up our whole time in Halifax, so we didn't get to check out the town area...so that just means we need to come back! :) Back on the ship we skip the MDR and enjoy some comedy and dance the night away at the 80's Rock n' Glow Party with our family & friends!!
