Holland America Buffet Dinner & Late Night Snack on MS Eurodam (4K)

See what food Holland America has available at its Lido Market buffet for dinner & late night snack, specifically aboard the signature class cruise ship MS Eurodam. Most of the dishes were very good and made with care and finesse. Some of the best food from dinner included: * Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops * Shrimp Cocktail * New York Steak with Garlic Butter * Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding * Coconut Mille Feuille * Baked Lobster Macroni Cheese * Caribbean Rum Cake From the late night snack buffet, our favorites were: * Fried Macaroni & Cheese Balls (yes- you heard that right) * Mini Pork Katsu * Chicken Almond Tenders * Stir Fried Beef and Broccoli * Porchetta Sandwich * Coffee Cheesecake On this particular cruise, we did not see broiled lobster tail at the buffet, unlike when we were at the MS Amsterdam on a 14 day Alaska cruise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBoKof1nM8Q There was a special seafood night that had an exciting ceviche bar and many other seafood dishes. The only downside to the Holland America buffet dinner- it closes too early at 8:30 PM. Late night snack does commence for an hour starting at 10:30 PM, but hey you're on a cruise and those are 2 whole prime time hours without buffet food, lol. One other thing that can be improved is the beverage service- on Princess Cruises, Holland America's sister brand, crew member will bring you drinks at the buffet restaurant.
