About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

We went on Hong Kong by Night tour booked via our cruise line Princess Cruises. It was pretty fun and included dinner at Peking Garden 北京樓 where we ate some excellent Peking duck ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzM0Yfci6iI ). The tour was $100 per person. We departed from the Hong Kong Cruise Port Kai Tak Cruise Terminal 啟德郵輪碼頭 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQ0MKcnosvc ) . The places we visited and saw included: * Sai Yee Street Garden (洗衣街花園) * Ladies Market (女人街) * Yin Chong St Outdoor Wet Market (露天街市) * Xiqu Centre - Upcoming Performing Theatre ((戲曲中心) * Victoria Harbour (維多利亞港) where we had a nice view of the Hong Kong skyline, included the tallest building Two International Finance Centre (國際金融中心) * Harbour City (海港城) where we also saw the Silversea Silver Whisper cruise ship * Kowloon Public Pier (九龍公眾碼頭) where we saw the festive Symphony of Lights (幻彩詠香江) ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n3rYsa3yRQ ) We also saw quite a few nice looking Hong Kong street food stalls. Prices were certainly very reasonable, costing less than half of what the same food would cost in the United States- for instance: * 7 piece fried chicken for $4.50 USD * 5 fried shrimp for $2.60 USD * whole roasted duck just $7 USD * various Chinese pastries about $0.50 USD each * sushi $0.40 USD a piece Unfortunately the Avenue of the Stars was closed, but because it was advertised on the tour, we were able to get a 20% refund from cruise line afterwards. Earlier in the day, we took the Hong Kong highlights tour which included: * Victoria Peak 太平山 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOidWReYaWI ) with a tram ride * Aberdeen Fishing Village 香港仔水上人家 where we took a Sampan boat ride ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tb2h3ipZxHY ) * Stanley Market 赤柱市政 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3SZu5OHXjo ) After the tours, we enjoyed a scenic sail away on our cruise ship which provided good views of the Hong Kong skyline at night ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGOpCFlVuIU ). This was from our March 2018 14 day Asia cruise on the Majestic Princess cruise ship.
