Aussie Travel Action Group - ATAG Just over a week ago, Belle created the Aussie Travel Action Group - this grass roots group is focused on having our elected members of parliament understand just how dire the Australian travel industry is at the moment. So many agents are on the brink of collapse and without government support, there’s little that will stop the inevitable closure of many local agencies within months. The day of action is taking place on Tuesday January 25th, and Belle will be leading the charge to have group members present at the offices of MPs all over the country - all sharingt their personal stories in an attempt to make it known just how important the travel industry is to Australia and how close it is to the brink of collapse. There has never been a more important time in the Australian travel and cruise industry as there is right now. Belle also mentions the importance of well known names in Australian travel contributing to the cause and to the fight, with popular YouTube travel agent and vlogger @DennisBunnikTravels also a part of ATAG's efforts.
